1. Key Features:瀚狄composite 304 stainless steel material with a bright yellow ABS coating applied, thickness of 250-300 micrometers, enhancing the corrosion resistance of the eyewash in high-corrosive environments, serving as an additional anti-corrosion measure.

Usage Instructions:
1..Eye Wash StationFunction:Primarily divided into two main functions: showering and eye washing.
1.1 Shower Function:Pull down the shower rod to start water flow within 1 second, quickly rinse off any acidic, alkaline, salt, and other harmful substances溅 onto the injured person. After use, push the rod up to reset and close the valve.
 
1.2 Eye Wash Feature:Push the hand push plate, the eye wash nozzle will produce water within 1 second, flowing as bubbles and hugging gently (the two water columns merge at the bridge of the nose), quickly rinsing toxic and harmful substances from the eyes and face.
 
Eye Wash Station Compliance Standards
ASTM Z358.1-2009
1.1Standard water pressure (0.25Mpa) with a spray flow rate of ≥75.7L/min, continuous spray for over 15 minutes.
1.2The height of the shower basin from the ground should be between 2083-2438mm.
1.3The height from the ground to the spray of the showerhead is between 2083-2438mm, with the center of the spray range being 406mm away from any obstacles.
1.4At a horizontal plane 1524mm above the ground, the diameter of the spray water is ≥ Φ508mm.
1.5The handle of the ball valve should not exceed 1733mm (69 inches) from the plane where the user stands.
1.6Eye wash water flow rate ≥ 11.4 L/min under standard water pressure, with continuous flushing for over 15 minutes.
