The LHJ vertical circulating mixer, also known as a buoyant cylinder submersible mixer, is a new-generation mixing equipment designed for deep circular or square tanks that require gentle and uniform mixing without damaging the floc structure of activated sludge. Based on the summary of existing domestic and international wastewater mixing equipment, the product structure and performance have been innovated. Particularly, by creatively changing the horizontal structure to a vertical circulating structure from the propeller mixer, it boasts significant features in overall structural technical performance, mixing efficiency, service area, and applicability. It offers long service life, low noise, easy installation and maintenance, cost-effective investment, and low operating costs.
Operating Principle:
The LHJ vertical circulation stirrer features a large-displacement, propeller-type impeller and paddle blades as the main hydraulic components. In operation, the submersible motor drives the propeller and paddle blades, creating a certain flow rate and flow field that forms a circular mainstream zone at the bottom and around the pool. Due to the high flow rate of the mainstream zone, a turbulent area is formed, prompting the entire water body to undergo an up-and-down circulation, thereby achieving a large-area, three-dimensional circulation stirring. This keeps the sludge in the pool in a stirring and suspended state, achieving the goal of uniform and gentle stirring, and enhancing the treatment effect.
LHJ type buoyant submersible mixers are divided into three mixing series: high, medium, and low, depending on the application.
High and medium-speed mixing series feature relatively higher speeds, with a narrower service range, but offer gentle mixing. Suitable for anaerobic or aerobic treatment in wastewater management.
Low-speed push-mix series features low speed, wide service range, high hydraulic efficiency, and even mixing. It is suitable for use in regulating ponds of various wastewater treatment projects, as well as for anaerobic or aerobic treatment.

The water flow employs a vertical large circulation scheme, suitable for deeper circular or square pools. It thoroughly stirs sludge, with a radiation area ranging from 100 to 800 square meters.
The mixer is powered by a submersible motor, which operates submerged in the liquid, offering excellent cooling conditions, a wide range of applicable depths, and no noise or secondary pollution.
4. The main seal of the dive motor consists of two independent mechanical seals, with the friction-facing material being corrosion and wear-resistant alloy and silicon carbide. All fasteners are made of stainless steel.
The motor windings are F-class insulated, with an IP68 protection rating, featuring functions such as leakage detection and winding overheat protection, ensuring the product is safer and more reliable for use.
Multiple installation options are available. Floating installation allows for easy relocation of the work position, offering convenience and flexibility; it can be centrally automated or operated individually, making management straightforward.
