Product Name: FBE Corrosion-Resistant Steel Pipe
Spec. Model: DN32-DN500
Standard: SY/T 0315-2013
Product Description: FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy Powder) corrosion protection is generally divided into single-layer and double-layer FBE coatings. The single-layer FBE coating uses a special fusion bonded epoxy powder coating as the film-forming material, applied by electrostatic spraying technology to form a single film in one application. The double-layer FBE coating is formed by separately spraying two types of epoxy powder coatings on the inside and outside, forming a single film in one application.
Performance Features
Product Advantages: The FBE coating boasts strong adhesion to steel, excellent film integrity, resistance to both peel and corrosion, soil stress resistance, wear resistance, simple application process, non-polluting, excellent impact and bending resistance, and high temperature resistance, making it widely used internationally.
Application Scope
In recent years, due to the vigorous development of projects such as oil, natural gas, chemicals, coal mining, water supply and drainage, the demand for buried anti-corrosion steel pipes has surged. With the continuous advancement of technology, various new anti-corrosion methods are being introduced. The FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy) coated steel pipes, a new type of anti-corrosion layer developed in the past 30 years, are applied by electrostatic spraying of epoxy powder coatings, forming a film in one go. This coating boasts simple application, non-pollution, excellent impact and bending resistance, and high temperature resistance, and has been widely used internationally.
