The operating requirements for this application are a flow rate of approximately 20-100 μl/min, with a spray diameter between 1-2 mm, and a median droplet diameter that is very small. The ultrasonic nozzle can meet these requirements. The bracket is placed on a spindle mounted to the rotating shaft. The nozzle is installed above the bracket. The shaft can not only rotate but also translate, allowing the bracket to spray along its entire length. Typically, multiple transverse movements are required to achieve the appropriate coating quality.
Ultrasonic Transducer Embedded Syringe
An ultrasonic spray pre-dispersing system is a special syringe with ultrasonic dispersion capabilities. This system embeds a high-frequency ultrasonic transducer inside the syringe, uniformly dispersing nano and sub-micron particles in the solution while ensuring stable fluid supply.
Pulse-free liquid supply method
An injection pump is a device used for fluid transfer, capable of precisely controlling flow rate and velocity to achieve high-precision, pulse-free fluid transmission. Due to the absence of pulsations during the fluid supply process of an injection pump, the flow control is more accurate, and using an injection pump during the spraying process can result in a more ideal spraying effect.
Features and Design
The flow rate of the syringe pump can be set at 0.01 ml/h, and it may take several hours to spray a can of suspension. Long-term storage of the suspension can lead to stratification. The suspension becomes opaque, uneven, and unstable, with the dispersed particles gradually settling under the force of gravity. This can affect the spraying effect and the quality of the product. To avoid issues of sedimentation and aggregation during the liquid transfer and spraying process, we have incorporated an ultrasonic dispersion function into the syringe.
The ultrasonic atomizing head is powered by an SMA connector due to the advantages of SMA connectors, such as high frequency use, small size, and stable connections. It employs a FESTO gas nozzle connector, which is easy to connect, fast, reliable, and tool-free. The liquid supply end is connected to the输液管 with a straight-through sleeve, enhancing connection strength and reducing the atomizing head's impedance. The entire syringe is made of titanium alloy and Teflon materials, offering strong chemical stability.
