With advanced touchscreen technology, the system allows users to easily set and adjust the spray path and speed, ensuring accurate and even spraying results.

Supply System

The liquid supply system utilizes high-precision syringe pumps to ensure accurate fluid flow, avoid pulsing, and guarantee stable spraying. Optional ultrasonic and dispersion systems are available to prevent particle agglomeration, enhancing the uniformity and quality of the coating.

Pressure Control

The pressure control system precisely adjusts the flow pressure, utilizing an SMC air flow control valve and mechanical knob for fine control, with digital display. The precise flow air ensures the atomization effect achieves an ideal spraying shape.

Trip control

Touchscreen operation allows users to set, store, and call complex operation paths, as well as adjust the running speed. The system features an axis positioning accuracy of 0.02mm. The high-precision servo motion system ensures stability during the painting process.

Vacuum吸附

Used to secure materials for painting, ensuring they do not move or slide during the process, enhancing the precision and uniformity of the paint application. Equipped with a heating system (up to 200°), it controls the temperature to affect the absorption and drying speed of the material.
