3. Vibration Frequency

4. Vibration Time
When the vibration intensity, amplitude, and frequency are constant, the vibration time should be selected based on the material properties and the required particle size of the product.

5. Grinding Media Filling Rate
The efficiency of drug pulverization increases with the rise of medium filling rate, but it sharply declines when the filling rate reaches a certain point due to the reduced pulverizing space and the difficulty in dispersing the working medium, which cannot fully contact the drug. 6. Control of raw material moisture content

In actual production, different materials require appropriate drying, with the moisture content controlled below 6%.

7. Raw Material and Finished Product Particle Size
