1. The hydraulic lifting platform (abbreviated as the platform) has been inspected before shipment, with all technical specifications meeting design requirements. Simply connect the ground wire upon use, no adjustments are needed for the hydraulic and electrical systems.
2. Thoroughly inspect the hydraulic and electrical systems prior to use, ensuring no leaks or exposed parts.
3. The platform should be in an unloaded state before lifting or lowering. After plugging in the power, the power indicator light should illuminate, and the emergency stop button should be pressed; then press the motor start button.
4. Press the upward (green) button, observe if the platform responds, allow the motor to run empty for 3-5 minutes. If it does not rise, reverse the motor, shut off the power, and swap the two phase wires of the motor.
5. Press the up button (green light on), the platform begins to rise until it reaches the desired height, then it automatically stops (green light off). Next, press the down button (yellow light on), the platform starts to descend until it returns to the original position, at which point the solenoid valve automatically shuts off power (yellow light off).
6. During the ascent or descent, simply press the stop button (red button) to halt the process.
7. Turn off the power after use。

The work surface should remain level during installation and use of the platform.

3. The platform strictly prohibits overloading during operation; the items should be placed in the center of the workbench surface.
Heart position, no movement or overloading allowed.
4. The hydraulic oil used must remain clean and should not contain any water or other impurities.
5. In case of platform malfunction, promptly disconnect the power source for maintenance.
Section 2: Maintenance and Care
1. This elevator is a scissor-type lift with its rotating parts connected by pins and sleeves. To reduce friction, there's a grease nipple on the pin end for lubrication. The platform must be lubricated after 80 hours of use, approximately 10 days.
2. Change hydraulic oil every 200 operating hours, approximately every 6 months. The viscosity of the hydraulic oil should be between 22-46 mm/S; use hydraulic oil with a higher viscosity in high-temperature work environments, and ensure the oil is filtered during refueling. Generally, use N46 hydraulic oil in summer and N32 in winter.
After working for 80 hours, approximately 10 days later, inspect the screw caps on the rivets for any looseness. If such a condition is found, it should be addressed immediately.
