Experimental Bench Control System Main Functions and Design Scheme:
1. Utilizing a closed-loop control system, information from the operational collection system is gathered via sensors, then inputted into the computer through data acquisition cards. The data is displayed and calculated according to control requirements, and the control signals are outputted. These signals are processed by the data acquisition card into signals recognizable by the actuating elements, which then execute the system control.
2. Utilizing a centralized computer control system with PLC hardware and the WINDOWS system as the software platform. During the signal acquisition process, we collect both digital and analog signals. Therefore, we first need to convert the analog signals into digital signals that the PLC can process. After processing by the PLC, some of the output signals are then converted back to analog to control the experimental bench. This requires both A/D and D/A conversions. Hence, an integrated data acquisition card with both functionalities is needed to perform the A/D and D/A conversions.
