The KW series dual-line distributors are suitable for dual-line dry oil centralized lubrication systems with a nominal pressure of 20MPa. Under the action of alternating oil supply pressure in the two main supply lines, they directly control the piston movement by the supply pressure to dispense oil, achieving the function of quantitatively distributing grease to the lubrication points.

This dual-line distributor features oil outlets on the front and both top and bottom, operating in a bidirectional manner. The upper outlets on the front align with the corresponding top outlets, and the lower outlets on the front align with the corresponding bottom outlets. The outlets can be chosen arbitrarily according to the piping direction. The distributor's piston moves in both directions, expelling grease through the upper and lower outlets respectively. For increased lubrication quantity, odd-numbered oil outlets can be easily adjusted. Additionally, a combined structure is provided between the upper and lower outlets. During use, simply unscrew the screw in the lower outlet, and use a R1/4 plug to seal the unused outlets. The KW series dual-line distributor allows direct observation of its operation by the indicator rod's movement and can easily adjust the oil supply to each outlet by adjusting the screws within the specified range.
