Type A Lightweight Aggregate Ready-Mixed Concrete, On-Site Construction Operation Conditions
1. The A-type composite lightweight aggregate concrete base consists of two components: the base powder is made by adding various cementitious materials, fly ash, blending with cement, and mixing with porous rock aggregates. The lightweight aggregate is granular glass beads. The dry apparent density of the A-type composite lightweight aggregate concrete ranges from 350 to 600 kg/m3, with a thermal conductivity less than 0.1 W/m.k, and compressive strength greater than 1.5 Mpa.
2. Lightweight Aggregate Lining Powder: Prepare as follows: Mix one bag of lightweight aggregate lining powder (both powdered and blocky packaged) with 1.3 times the weight of water in a low-speed mixer until well blended. Then, add two bags of lightweight aggregates and mix again until uniform. (Note: Do not over-mix during the process, as prolonged mixing will reduce the yield.)
Type A Dry Mixed Lightweight Aggregate Concrete, On-Site Construction Conditions
1. Preliminary cleaning required, all wall surfaces should have loose areas chiseled away, and all dirt, loose dust, oil stains, etc., removed. If there are quality issues with the base layer, negotiate with Party A and arrange for personnel to make corrections and repairs before proceeding with construction.
2. The base surface is flat, checked with a long straight ruler, the gap between the ruler and the base should not exceed 5mm.
3. Pre-buried pipe fittings installed, exhaust holes fitted, manhole treatment completed. Should meet design specifications.
4. Raw materials must undergo a retest (with a sample size of 3KG per batch), in compliance with the specifications of relevant standards.
