Dry-mixed composite lightweight aggregate concrete construction method:
Subgrade Treatment: Before laying the composite lightweight aggregate subgrade concrete, treat the subgrade of the concrete floor. Use a chisel to remove loose cement and mortar adhered to the subgrade, brush off the cement slurry with a wire brush, and then sweep it clean with a broom.
Locate high elasticity level control line: Measure the sublayer level from the 100cm horizontal level line on the wall, and it can be stretched around the walls if conditions permit.
Stir: First, add an appropriate amount of water to the mixer, then add one bag of pre-mixed base powder, stir to form a uniform slurry. Next, add one bag of inorganic lightweight aggregate, continue stirring to create a uniform concrete mixture, ready for application.
Laying, tamping, or rolling: Spread the mixed composite lightweight aggregate bedding concrete with a shovel onto the subgrade, leveling it with the finished leveling blocks, 3mm higher than the leveling pile, and then compact it with a flat vibratory tamping machine. If the thickness is thin, lightly press with a shovel and a special wooden tamping board as you lay it, and immediately level it with a large beam, smoothing it with a wooden trowel. Complete all operations within 3 hours. Application method for dry-mixed composite lightweight aggregate concrete construction
Lightweight concrete cushioning is made by mixing pre-mixed cushioning powder and inorganic lightweight aggregates with water on-site, primarily used for floor and ground cushioning, kitchen and toilet cushioning, moisture-proof layers, and slope finding layers. It boasts distinct features such as low cost, lightweight yet high strength, thermal insulation, and simple construction.Composite lightweight aggregate cushion concrete is made by mixing pre-mixed cushion powder with composite lightweight aggregates and water, primarily used for floor and toilet subflooring, moisture-proofing layers, and slope-finding layers. It boasts notable features such as light weight, high strength, thermal insulation, and easy construction.
The pre-mixed bedding material is a uniformly dry mixed powder composed of cement, fly ash, and additives manufactured in a factory; the composite lightweight aggregate is made by blending crushed waste particles with inorganic cementitious materials, which is then mixed with the pre-mixed bedding material powder and water at the construction site to form composite lightweight aggregate bedding concrete.
