Performance and Applications

1. Easily soluble in water, the solution is milky white, not resistant to strong acids, bases, and reducers. It penetrates quickly and evenly, with good wetting, penetration, emulsifying, and foaming properties. The penetration effect is excellent below 40°C, and it's more prone to hydrolysis when exposed to alkalis at high temperatures. It is advisable to treat the fabric with a penetrant at temperatures below 40°C before increasing the temperature.

2. This product is a highly effective penetrant, designed for treating cotton, linen, viscose, and their blended fabrics. The processed fabrics can be directly bleached or dyed without scouring, improving dye defects caused by dead cotton, resulting in softer and fuller hand feel after printing and dyeing. During the greige bleaching process, the sizing is removed first to ensure optimal penetration.

3. If too much foam is observed while using Penetrating Agent T, a small amount of defoamer can be added, such as GP or octanol, tributyl phosphate, etc., for defoaming.

4. For raw cotton dyeing; for wettable powder.

Packaging and Storage

Packaged in 200Kg or 50Kg plastic drums. Store and transport as general chemicals. Keep in a dry, well-ventilated area. Shelf life: 2 years.
