Product Introduction

Soft80 is a microemulsion formed by the high-pressure fusion of oxidized polyethylene wax, special surfactants, and a unique formula. It is a non-toxic, odorless, non-corrosive, non-ionic emulsion that is easily soluble in water and boasts excellent acid, alkali, and electrolyte resistance, compatibility with resins, and resistance to stratification and aggregation. The composition of this emulsion is consistent, offering great chemical stability and long-term storage without stratification. It is primarily used for the smoothing and anti-wrinkle finishing of cotton, polyester-cotton, medium-to-long fiber fabrics, etc. It particularly improves the sewability of fabrics, prevents the formation of needle holes, and enhances the softness, elasticity, and crease recovery angle after treatment.

Performance & Features

1. This product is suitable for use in water-based paint systems and as a finish or polish for floors, leather, furniture, vehicles, and paper products.

2. Widely applicable in the production of aqueous inks, liquid shoe polishes, metal release agents, and more.

3. Used in the particleboard industry. Replacing paraffin waterproofing agents with emulsified wax in the production of particleboard and fiberboard can significantly reduce costs.

4. Replacing rosin gum with emulsified wax in the papermaking industry not only improves the quality of paper but also reduces production costs.

5. For agricultural use, as a preservative for fruits and vegetables to prevent their aging, dehydration, frost damage, and sunburn from causing harmful effects. After harvesting flowers, soak them in water and then treat with an emulsifying wax to extend the life of the flowers.

6. Emulsified wax can be used as a lubricant in ceramic production, as a finish for plastic products, and as a polishing agent for automobiles.

7. High-quality demolding agents for polyurethane industry and other special sectors.

8. Adding to leather finishers enhances the waxiness and luster of leather; when mixed with dye paste, it also promotes even flow and prevents the coating from becoming sticky when heated.

9. This product boasts excellent heat stability and does not discolor. In the textile industry, it is primarily used as a softener and sizing aid. It is widely applied in the finishing and resin treatment of涤/棉,涤/粘（腈）, cotton, and pure synthetic fabrics. The softener can evenly penetrate the fibers, forming a layer of polyethylene oxide film around the yarn, thus providing the finished fabric with a soft and smooth texture. It also improves the fabric's physical properties, reduces wear and tear, enhances tear resistance, and has no effect on rubbing fastness or wet washing fastness. It increases the crease recovery angle and can be used together with various additives in resin and general treatments.
