Cautionary Notes
The device should be installed in a dry, clean area, away from heat sources and strong electromagnetic fields.
2. Communication cables should use shielded twisted pair.
Diagnosis and troubleshooting methods for common failures
Voltage and current measurements are accurate, but power measurement is not.
Check the direction of the current input is correct.
*Verify the phase of each current circuit is correct; the outgoing circuit should be adjusted according to the actual connection.
2 Communication is not normal
*Check if the communication connection lines are properly connected.
*Check if the A, B terminals of the communication are crossed;
Verify that the device address is correctly set and the communication baud rate is properly configured.
If multi-device communication is not functioning properly, first check if single-machine communication is normal.
