Overview

ADF400L Series Multi-User Electric Energy Meters, available in 12-phase or 36-single-phase configurations through modular assembly, offer direct measurement capabilities for 12-phase or a combination of direct and transformer-based measurements. This series is favored by residential complexes, schools, and businesses for its high accuracy, centralized installation and management, flexibility, and non-interference. The meters in this series support pre-paid functionality.

Selection Instructions
A main module can accommodate 36 circuits (12 three-phase, 36 single-phase, or a mix of single and three-phase not exceeding 36 circuits), a direct connection module offers one three-phase or three single-phase circuits, and a transformer connection module provides two three-phase circuits.
Customer requirements: 5 three-phase sensors connected, 2 three-phase connected directly, 5 single-phase connected directly, with pre-paid feature.
Selection Description: Firstly, confirm if the number of loops is greater than 36. Since a transformer module connects two three-phase loops, for 5 three-phase transformer connections, it should be calculated as 6 three-phase loops, totaling 6 * 3 = 18 loops; 2 direct three-phase connections total 2 * 3 = 6 loops; and a direct connection module for three single-phase loops requires calculating as 6 single-phase loops, totaling 6 loops. In summary, the total number of loops is 18 + 6 + 6 = 30 <= 36.
Product Model: ADF400L-5H2S5DY
Module Composition: Due to the two three-phase channels of a transformer module, the 5H model requires three transformer measurement modules. The 2S model needs two direct connection measurement modules. One direct connection module has three single-phase channels, so the 5D model requires two direct connection measurement modules. In summary, this model product includes one main module, three transformer connection measurement modules, and four direct connection measurement modules.
