Operating Principle
Utilizing a high-flow suction pump and a dual-chamber suction backfeeding pipeline, for extracting
Sludge at the bottom of the tank is flushed back with the separated clear liquid, utilizing the principle of unidirectional liquid injection. The suction line moves repeatedly at the bottom of the tank, drawing a large area of sludge into the separation system. The separation system employs high-speed centrifugal separation, where the separated debris is spun dry by centrifugal force and automatically discharged. The clean liquid is then returned to the liquid tank, and through the cycle, a clean tank (without sediment) is achieved.
