Section 1: Operation Principle of鄂式Valve:

The鄂式valve is manually or mechanically actuated to move a lever, which in turn drives the gear to rotate the sector gate around its axis. This causes the two sector gates to open to the sides, allowing the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator drives the lever again to reset the sector gate, closing off the falling material. The jaw gate valve is suitable for dry bulk materials with a specific gravity of 2.5t/m³, including various ores, coal, coke, slag, and chemical products, and is widely used in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, chemicals, and glass for bottom unloading of storage facilities.

Section II:鄂式 Valve Structural Characteristics:

The鄂式gate valve is composed of the body, sector gate, shaft, gears, seals, and actuator components. A handwheel or actuator moves the lever, causing the gears to rotate the sector gate around the shaft, thereby opening the two sector gates to the sides, allowing the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator drives the lever again to reset the sector gate, closing off the falling material.

Section 3:鄂式阀 Instructions:

1. Please note the medium flow direction marked on the gate body during installation. When connecting the two flanges, add a sealing gasket, and then tighten the bolts evenly.

2. Please identify the switch direction of the butterfly gate during operation, and connect the actuator correctly.

3. Regularly apply lubricant to all drive parts during operation.
