Hanging type grinding wheel machine, also known as suspended grinding wheel machine, primarily used for grinding stainless steel, titanium ingots, alloy steel, special steel, steel ingots, and cracks, carbon inclusion, burrs, etc. in various metals.

Operation Procedure:
Check the hanging item for stability before use.
On the second use, first observe if the motor reverses. Normally, the grinding sparks should be shot towards the motor. Otherwise, shut down the machine immediately and check if the circuit is functioning properly.
3. After the grinding wheel machine is started, it should be allowed to rotate smoothly before grinding. If there is significant vibration in the machine, it should be stopped and adjusted immediately.
4. Avoid excessive force during grinding.
5. Select a grinding wheel according to the instructions provided, ensuring it matches the spindle speed of the grinding machine.
6. New grinding wheels must have a factory-certified quality certificate or inspection and test mark. Do not use the wheel if any defects such as quality, hardness, grain size, or cracks are found before installation.
7. When installing the grinding wheel, the gap between the inner hole of the wheel and the main shaft should not be too tight. It should be adjusted according to the technical requirements for loose fit, generally controlled between 0.05 to 0.10 millimeters.
Operation Principle:
Upon equipment startup, the grinding wheel and dust collector activate simultaneously. Dust particles generated during workpiece grinding are drawn into the sedimentation chamber by the negative pressure of the fan. Large and heavy particles of dust fall directly into the ash drawer, while fine dust is carried by the air flow into the filter box. As it passes through the filter bags, the dust adheres to the surface. The purified gas is then directed through the fan into the clean room, where it is muffled before being released into the atmosphere. After a period of operation and shutdown, the dust cleaning motor automatically starts to shake and clean the filter core, knocking the dust particles adhered to the filter core into the ash collection (or removal) tray. The shaking time is adjustable.
