Dust collector working principle:

      Pulse jet bag dust collector is equipped with an inlet, filter bags, outlet, gas bag, pulse control unit, solenoid valve, and blowing pipe, etc. The filter bags are made by folding and rolling polyester fiber, with the lower end sealed and the upper end centered directly above the lower mouth of the blowing pipe. After the dust-laden gas enters the dust collector through the inlet, the air flow velocity slows down, coarse particles are separated and settle in the sedimentation dust collection chamber, and fine dust is prevented from passing through the filter bags by being trapped on the surface. Clean gas is then discharged through the outlet.

        When the surface ash layer of the filter element is thick, the pulse controller sends a command to open the blowing valve. The compressed air in the gas package is ejected at high speed through the blowing tube, simultaneously drawing in several times the amount of jet air from the surrounding area into the filter element, and rapidly shooting outwards from inside to outside, blowing the dust on the surface of the filter element into the dust collection chamber, and then discharged through the ash discharge hopper.

         The dust collector uses pulse-jet cleaning method, ensuring thorough cleaning without damaging the filter bags, thereby extending their service life. The cleaning process is automatically controlled by a pulse controller, which can be set for pressure differential control or time control.
