(1System composition of the production process:Composed of exhaust gas collection systems, air induction systems, exhaust gas purification systems, and exhaust systems.
(2Waste gases sequentially enter the primary and secondary atomized water film purifiers. Custom components are used to atomize the water, allowing it to fully mix with the waste gases. This facilitates a mass transfer process due to concentration differences, decomposing and purifying the acid mist. This completes the purification process for the gases, with the treated waste gases then dehydrated before entering the purification system for final compliance with emission standards. The recycled liquid is periodically discharged to the wastewater treatment station.

The filter layer of the acid mist filter is composed of multi-layer dehumidifying devices and various fiber materials. The filter layer is made of special materials that are resistant to acids and alkalis, and are not easily corroded. The equipment features a multi-layer special filtration system at the front end, and an oxidation bed is set at the back end to further oxidize harmful gases and trace exhaust in the waste gases, achieving the emission standards before being released into the air at high altitudes. No water is used, and there is no secondary pollution.
