How to Implement the ISO9001 Quality Management System
We successfully resolved the "service" issue, leading a company to win the top bid at the national industry bidding conference.
Our brand dinz products are sold nationwide, and after the products arrive and are installed at the destination, our factory's service personnel promptly arrive with spare parts to adjust and repair. This results in a busy schedule for our service staff, a situation that has persisted for many years. After the company established a quality assurance system in accordance with "standards," we assisted in developing a "Service Control Procedure" and guided the creation of "procedure documents." Clear regulations were set for the information exchange between departments within the factory. The factory's standardization office conducted information compilation and statistical analysis, and convened relevant departments to implement the provisions of the documents item by item, formulate countermeasures, and process information. After several months of operation, the results were evident: there were significantly fewer letters and phone calls requesting on-site repairs and adjustments, and previously common issues have nearly disappeared. Upon reviewing inventory records, it was found that the usage of consumables was down by more than half compared to before. Our products have now earned the customers' praise, leading the company to win a major industry bidding event in Chengdu. The factory director excitedly said, "I thought obtaining the 9000 certification was just a formality, but now I see it truly addresses issues! It has reduced costs, earned customer commendations, and solved our factory's 'survival' problem. This truly shows that quality is the key to survival!"
