After each production run of the ultrasonic mixer tank, the equipment must be cleaned. How to clean the mixer tank:
1. Ensure the mixing tank is free of any remaining materials before cleaning.
2. Attach one end of the pipe to the flood ball connection on top of the degumming tank, and the other end to the floor drain. First, open the water inlet valve to allow the cleaning ball to fill the tank while working.
3. Once the water level in the mixing tank reaches the water level observation window, start the mixer and open the drain valve.
4. While stirring and rinsing, maintain a consistent flow of water into the pipeline and out of the mixing tank, rinsing for two minutes. After rinsing with cold water for two minutes, turn on the temperature knob and set it to 100°C. Once the temperature is reached, rinse with hot water for three minutes; (if the material is difficult to clean, you can add a small amount of baking soda as a cleaning agent).
5. If baking soda is added as a cleaner, the mixing tank must be rinsed with clear water until neutral pH is confirmed with phenolphthalein reagent.
6. After the ultrasonic mixing tank is cleaned, turn off the power, tidy up the area around it, and you're done.
