This ensures that the gap between the press foot and the box, as well as the core, is small, resulting in block edges without large burrs. Moreover, it causes less damage to the box and core.
4. Versatile machine with strong applicability; can produce various shapes and sizes of wall blocks, support pads, pavement blocks, decorative wall blocks, and curbstones with different molds. Easy mold replacement and customization of special-shaped molds according to customer requirements is available.
5. The bottom wood deck resonates in sync with the box core during molding, unaffected by impact forces, thus doubling the lifespan of the wood deck compared to similar products.
6. Modify the domestic mold release convention for reducers, using belt pulleys and chain sprockets for mold release. Thus, the structure is simple, sturdy, durable, safe, reliable, easy to maintain, and free of reducer leakage. It also saves power, with the mold release power requirement only at 1.1 kW.
7. The mold box is assembled for easy replacement of wear parts, facilitating maintenance and saving mold costs for the user.
8. Requires a space of approximately 2,000 square meters and 2-3 workers.
