Overview of G Type Single Screw Pump
G-type Stainless Steel Single-Screw Pump Features: The pump has few parts, a compact structure, small size, easy maintenance, and the rotor and stator are the wear parts of the single-screw pump, with a simple structure and easy assembly and disassembly. It is a new type of pump that operates according to the reciprocating meshing volumetric principle. The main working components are the eccentric screw (rotor) and the fixed sleeve (stator).
Utilizing non-toxic and odorless edible rubber, the working temperature can reach 120 degrees Celsius. Please contact our company for temperatures between 120 and 350 degrees Celsius. Due to the unique geometric openings of the two components, they each form a separate sealed cavity. The medium flows uniformly in an axial direction.
Internal flow rate is low, with the volume remaining unchanged. Pressure is stable, thus preventing product eddies and turbulence. Each stage of the pump outputs 0.6MPa to 1.2MPa, with a head of 60m to 120m (clean water), and the self-priming height is generally above 3m.
G Type Single Screw Pump Application Range
Due to the unique geometric shapes of the two components, they individually form separate sealed cavities. The medium is uniformly pushed and flows axially, with low internal flow velocity, maintaining a constant volume, stable pressure, and thus preventing the formation of eddies and turbulence. Each stage of the pump outputs a pressure of 0.6 MPa, with a head of 60m (for clean water), and the self-priming height is generally above 6m.
Due to the stator being made from various elastic materials, this pump possesses unique characteristics for transporting high-viscosity fluids, as well as media containing hard suspended particles or fibrous materials, which are beyond the capabilities of general pumps. Its flow rate is directly proportional to the rotational speed.
Single screw pumps are compact, with a small volume and easy maintenance. They have strong adaptability to media, ensuring a smooth flow, low pressure pulsation, and high self-priming capability. Operating temperature can reach 120°C. Customization is available for transporting media at temperatures between 120-350°C. Widely used in industrial sectors such as food, metallurgy, papermaking, dyeing, and chemical industries.
