Single screw pumps are a type of rotary vane pump, which rely on the interlocking of the screw and sleeve to create volume changes between the suction and discharge chambers for fluid transfer. They are internally meshed, closed-loop screw pumps, primarily composed of a sleeve (stator) with double-threaded spiral cavities and a single-threaded spiral screw (rotor) that interlocks with it within the stator cavity. As the input shaft drives the rotor to rotate around the stator center via a universal joint, the stator-rotor pair continuously mesh to form sealed chambers, which move axially at a constant speed without changing volume, transporting the medium from the suction end through the stator-rotor pair to the discharge end. The medium within the sealed cavity passes through the stator without being agitated or destroyed. Bosheng Single Screw Pumps are categorized into: Integrated Stainless Steel Single Screw Pumps, and Shaft Stainless Steel Single Screw Pumps. Single screw pumps are widely used in food, metallurgy, construction, chemical industries, and more.
