Screw Conveyor System
The scraper conveyor assembly consists of a motor, connecting rod, scraper, roller, etc. Simple structure.Easy installation and maintenance, safe and reliable, long lifespan, low maintenance costs. The plate conveyor is powered by cylinders pushing the scraper assembly, which advances the abrasive material by one cylinder stroke under the action of stop blocks. Screw conveyors are intermittent conveying machinery with reliable operation, low noise, and simple maintenance. They utilize well-damped, wear-resistant scraper blades with equal spacing installed for conveying, with the spacing generally designed to be200-500mm, the actuating mechanism in forward motion utilizes a mechanical reciprocating mechanism or an pneumatic motion mechanism. The reciprocating stroke exceeds 200-500mm, allowing the cyclic material to be sequentially pushed into the next level of the cyclic system.
