Sandblasting roomThe interior of the chamber forms an air flow layer from the top to the bottom of the chamber under the action of wind. The abrasive is ejected onto the workpiece surface by the compressed air, creating a solid-gas mixture for cutting chips. Some abrasive chips break into dust, which is then carried down by the air flow and recombined with the abrasive and rust particles, returning to the sorting system through the honeycomb back sand floor. After sorting, the sand material that can be recycled returns to the storage bin and is automatically added to the sandblasting system for recycling according to the sandblasting requirements; dust and impurities that cannot be reused are carried to the dust collector for fine filtration. Dust and Sand Separation System

The sand separator utilizes a two-stage air separator specifically designed for our sandblasting systems. The first stage is a unique cyclonic inertial separator, and the second stage is an air-blowing separator. It effectively sorts returned reusable sand, crushed sand, dust, scale, and other impurities. The whole sand is returned to the shot blasting machine for continuous recycling, while the dust and crushed sand are sent to a dust collector, filtered, and stored until scheduled cleaning.
Adjusting the regulating mechanism on the dust separator can alter the diameter of the separated sand material.
