Principle Overview:

The interior of the sandblasting room forms an air flow layer from the top to the bottom of the room due to wind force. Abrasive materials are jetted onto the workpiece surface after being compressed by air to cut away debris. Some abrasive debris is broken down into dust, which is then carried by the downward airflow and mixed with more abrasive materials and rust particles through a honeycomb back-sanding floor back into the sorting system. After sorting, reusable sand is returned to the storage bin and automatically added to the sandblasting system for recycling according to demand; dust and impurities that cannot be reused are transported to a dust collector for fine filtration. The dust settles in the waste bin and is recycled, while the filtered gas is re-released into the atmosphere or reused in the sandblasting room. The entire process is sealed, with no dust leakage, ensuring safety and environmental protection.

The mechanical recycling sandblasting room complete set is composed of the sandblasting room body, lighting system, air-powered recovery floor, separator, sandblasting system, dust collector, fan, control system, workpiece conveying system, and operator protection system.

Mechanical Recirculating Sand Blasting Booth Features:

★ Eco-Friendly: The fans are powered by electricity, ensuring cleanliness and no pollution. Sandblasting is conducted in a closed environment, and sand is recycled through enclosed pipelines, preventing any leakage of sand or dust that could cause surrounding pollution. Dust is filtered using a core filter dust collector, with the exhaust gas concentration meeting or exceeding national emission standards.

★Automatic Recirculation: The system utilizes an aerodynamic recycling floor to achieve automatic reuse of sand materials.

★ Dual-purpose Wind: The wind generated by the fan meets the requirements for conveying sand material and also serves as a system for dust removal.

★Automatic Sorting: The separator utilizes the principles of pneumatics to effectively sort sand, impurities, and dust, allowing reusable sand to return to the storage bin, while non-reusable dust and impurities are transported to the dust collector for refined filtration.

★ Filter Core Dust Removal: The system employs filter core dust removal method.

★ Imported Filter Media: Made from imported long fibers, the filter cores have a large filtering area, with each core having twice the filtering area of a standard filter core.

★Automatic Control: The system can automate sand recycling, sorting, nozzle control, dust removal, and sandblasting pot operations. Automatic alarm and prompt for system failures.

High Integration: The control system uses PLC + touch screen display, enabling automatic operation mode and manual control mode.

★High-Efficiency Cleaning: Equipped with a high-pressure double-cylinder continuous sandblasting machine, the single nozzle can clean an area of 10~30 m2/h.

Compared to traditional shot blasting (ball) rooms, it boasts the following distinct features:

1. No need for deep excavation (or can skip excavation), low infrastructure costs, and a short construction period.

2. Equipped with sand-suction flooring, eliminating the need for traditional conveying equipment such as augers, belt conveyors, and bucket elevators. This design avoids the wear, clogging, and other issues caused by sand and dust on conveying equipment, bearings, and motors during sand material transportation and lifting, resulting in a low failure rate and minimal maintenance workload.

3. Equipped with abrasive separation and sorting devices, the abrasive is automatically recycled, improving utilization rate and sandblasting cleaning efficiency.

4. The abrasive recycling separator and dust removal share a single fan, utilizing one for multiple purposes, saving 30% of energy compared to traditional sandblasting rooms.

5. The sandblasting system allows one sand pot to power multiple high-speed spray guns, each of which can be controlled independently. The sandblasting cleaning efficiency is high, and the working pressure can be infinitely adjusted.

6. Utilizing carbide durable sandblasting nozzles with an average lifespan of 800-1000 hours.

7. The shot blasting room can utilize various materials and sand sizes, such as steel shot, glass bead, steel grit, quartz sand, copper ore sand, yellow sand, fruit shells, etc., to meet different process requirements.

8. The indoor air flow in shot blasting (bead) operates in a circular motion from top to bottom, providing bright and comfortable lighting with high visibility.

9. Utilizing filter core dust removal technology, the dust emission from the sandblasting (pellet) room is significantly lower than the national environmental protection requirements.

10. The sandblasting (bead) room is constructed with polyurethane foam sandwich color steel panels, featuring noise reduction capabilities, aesthetics, durability, and airtightness.

Dust Separation System

The material and dust recovered from the honeycomb floor must be separated by a sand-dust separator to ensure the sand can be recycled. The efficiency of the sand-dust separator directly impacts the sandblasting performance of the sandblasting machine and the filtration performance of the dust collector.

The sand separator utilizes a two-stage air separator specifically designed for our sandblasting systems. The first stage is an exclusive cyclonic inertial separator, followed by an air-blowback separator. It effectively sorts returned reusable sand, crushed sand, dust, scale, and other impurities. The whole sand is returned to the sandblasting machine for continuous recycling, while the dust and fine sand are sent to the dust collector, filtered, and stored for scheduled cleaning.

By adjusting the regulating mechanism on the dust separator, the size of the separated sand particle diameter can be controlled. Custom-designed dust separators can achieve grading of sand particles, segmenting (different particle sizes), and round selection sorting.
