Manual operation procedures and methods
2.1 Turn on the lighting and open the main door.
2.2 Exit the sandblasting room with the trolley, install the workpiece.
2.3 The trolley enters the shot blasting room, close the door.
2.4 Check equipment and environmental conditions; start the dust removal and recycling systems upon normalcy.
2.5 Sandblasting operators enter the room and put on the sandblasting protective suit and connect the breathing filter.
2.6 Start the sandblasting machine, and workers manually sandblast the workpieces.
2.7 Clean or Sweep

2.9 Exit the sandblasting room with 9 vehicles, unload workpieces.
Customization Requirements
Based on customer requirements and part dimensions, the housing working size is designed as 18x6x6.5m. This sandblasting housing is constructed with a basic frame of 100mm square tubes, internal support using 50mm square tubes, lined with 2mm steel plates and 3mm rubber sheets inside, and the outer walls are made of 50mm thick colored steel sandwich panels for aesthetics, easy installation, and corrosion resistance. The core of the colored steel panels is expanded polyfoam, which, compared to sandblasting housing made with pure steel panels, has the following features:
(1) The body of the house has good corrosion resistance, weather resistance, and waterproofing performance, allowing for outdoor placement: If the sandblasting house is to be used outdoors, only a simple rain shelter needs to be set up, eliminating the need for additional factory buildings, thereby reducing infrastructure costs; (2) Excellent soundproofing and thermal insulation properties:
The sandblasting chamber body is constructed with sandwich color steel plates, filled with polyethylene foam plastic, thus offering excellent thermal insulation properties. It can reduce the high-frequency sharp noise generated during sandblasting from 1500Hz to 2000Hz to below 500Hz, significantly improving the noise environment.
