Manual operation procedures and methods
2.1 Turn on lighting, open the main door.
2.2 Exit the blasting room with the trolley, load workpieces.
2.3 Enter the sandblasting room with the trolley and close the door.
2.4 Check equipment and environmental conditions; start the dust removal and recycling systems upon normalcy.
2.5 Sandblasting operators enter the room and put on the sandblasting protective suits and connect the breathing filter.
2.6 Start the sandblasting machine, and the workers manually sandblast the workpieces.
2.7 Clean or Sweep

2.9 Vehicles exit the sandblasting room and unload the workpieces.
Customization Requirements
Based on customer requirements and part dimensions, the housing working size is designed as 18x6x6.5m. This shot blasting housing is constructed with a basic frame of 100mm square tubes, internally supported by 50mm square tubes. The interior is lined with 2mm steel plates and 3mm rubber sheets, while the outer walls are made of 50mm thick color steel sandwich panels, offering an aesthetically pleasing appearance, easy installation, and corrosion resistance. The core of the color steel sandwich panels is expanded polystyrene foam. Compared to shot blasting housing made with pure steel plates, it has the following features:
(1) The body of the house is highly resistant to corrosion, weathering, and waterproofing, allowing for outdoor placement: If the sandblasting house is used outdoors, a simple rain shelter can be constructed, eliminating the need for an additional factory building, thereby reducing infrastructure costs significantly; (2) Excellent soundproofing and thermal insulation properties:
The sandblasting cabinet is constructed with sandwich color steel plates, with polyethylene foam as the core material, offering excellent thermal insulation properties. It reduces the high-frequency sharp noise generated during sandblasting, from 1500Hz to 2000Hz, to below 500Hz, significantly improving the noise environment.

The structure is made of color steel panels, the sandblasting room body can be formed in one go, with a sleek and smooth appearance that is both aesthetic and durable. No additional surface treatment or decoration work is required.
