The GRY series measuring grating is mainly used for detecting the external dimensions of objects, providing real-time information to the upper computer based on the number and position of light beams obstructed by the object. It has multiple signal outputs and supports custom and MODBUS-RTU protocols. Applied to industrial object positioning, online spraying positioning of automated spraying production lines, hole detection, detection of object size, size classification, etc.
Product Composition
Composed of a light emitter, a light receiver, a transmission line, and an L-shaped bracket
Model Description

communication protocol
Default: Communication baud rate 9600bit/s; Data bit 8; Stop position 1; No checksum, scanning period: Tr=(N × t) us+sending data time; N is the number of optical paths; T is the time for each route

Device address: default 0x01
1. Verification code: 8 bits, cumulative sum=(number of optical paths+number of occlusions+beam status 1+beam status 2+...)
2. Total number of optical paths: 8 digits, customized for paths greater than 255; Accumulate verification begins for this data
3. Number of occluded light paths: 8 digits, the size of the occluded object can be calculated by the number of occluded light paths D=number of occluded light paths * beam spacing
4. Beam state (taking 80 measurement light curtains as an example) Taking 80 measurement light curtains as an example:
When the light curtain is unobstructed, the data sent is: 01 46 50 00 FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF; No data sent out (customized)
When the light curtain is completely obstructed, the data sent is: 01 A0 50 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
Each bit of data corresponds to a light spot,
For example, if there is obstruction along the way, the data sent is: 01 C7 50 01 7F FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF
After the obstruction, the data sent is: 01 46 50 01 FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FE
