1. Product Features
The mixing units of the blender come in various types to accommodate different mixing requirements of various processes. Their common feature is that they use the flow velocity of the fluid as the driving force for mixing. As the fluid passes through the mixing unit, part of the static pressure (transport pressure) of the fluid is converted into dynamic pressure (by increasing the flow velocity). The special structure of the mixing unit forces the fluid to change direction regularly according to the structural requirements, promoting thorough mixing of the fluid.
Characteristics of the high-temperature gas mixing process: high gas temperature and high flow velocity. The mixing unit must be able to withstand high temperatures and endure the impact of high gas velocities. Choosing a cruciform or a trellis-shaped tube-type mixing unit as the specialized mixer for the project is an ideal, practical, and safe option.
2. Process Requirements & Technical Features
The project-specific mixer is a gas phase mixing equipment. Gas phase mixing is characterized by its low viscosity and density, high flow velocity, and the compressibility of the gas phase, which varies with pressure and temperature.
Pre-mixer
The M16S and recycled gas are pre-mixed in the sub-fluid flow channel before being inserted into the main stream (air), where another pre-mixing process occurs within the pipe. The advantages include reasonable adjustment of the flow ratios of the various fluids and improved mixing effects, with a compact design.
R-101 Feed Blender
Set the air flow rate inside the column tubes (this flow rate is within the actual operational range), calculate the column tube specifications and number of tubes. Based on the column tube flow rate, determine the small holes and their count when the propylene system is fed. Then, adjust the values according to the state changes as propylene enters the shell. Ensure that the flow rate of propylene entering the column tubes is greater than the air flow rate within the column tubes.
R-102 Feed Blender
The sub-fluid utilizes reverse-jet intensification to mix air with the R-1101 exhaust gas. Advantages include shortened length of the mixing equipment and full utilization of the cruciform feed structure, which also serves as the design of the mixing unit.
