2. Structure and Principle
The ZLK series slurry-chlorine static mixer is composed of three parts: a chlorine water dispersion mixer, a slurry-chlorine distributor, and an MK-type static mixer. It integrates jet pump technology and static mixer technology, offering reliable performance, long service life, and excellent mixing results, reaching the technical level of similar products at home and abroad. It has been widely used in numerous paper mills across China.
The MR type chlorine water dispersing mixer is a small device utilizing jet technology. The impact of the jet stream crushes and disperses the vacuum-suctioned material into fine bubbles, which are then mixed and dissolved in water to form a basically homogeneous chlorine water. It is subsequently neutralized through a slurry chlorine distributor and mixed rapidly with the slurry in the MK type static mixer.

The MK type static mixer is a tubular device primarily composed of several spiral plate mixing elements fixed inside the tube and an external shell. It generates cutting, shearing, rotation, and recombination of two or more streams of fluid entering the tube body, resulting in an efficient radial circulation mixing action. This action achieves excellent dispersion and thorough mixing of pulp and chlorinated water.
