I. Equipment Overview
The high-speed cutting and crushing machine is an integrated shearing and crushing equipment with functions such as ultra-high-speed shearing, powerful crushing, and cavitation micro-explosion. It is widely used in industries such as the cutting and crushing of soybean dreg fibers, micro-powder extraction of cellulose ethers, tearing and breaking of cell molecular chains, and delamination of graphene layers, and is highly favored by users.
II. Main Structure

Section 3:Operating Principle
The working principle of the high-speed cutting and crushing machine: After the material enters the hopper, it is first filtered by a strong magnetic separator to remove ferrous components. It is then evenly distributed to each cutting and crushing zone by a guided impeller. The speed of the crushing impeller relative to the fixed blades causes the material particles to be ejected into the cutting slots exposed by the fixed blades. As the impeller moves, its moving blade cutting slots and the fixed blade cutting slots resemble the blades of scissors, exerting strong shearing forces on the liquid droplets instantaneously, similar to how cotton threads are cut by scissors. The finely crushed particles are then discharged through the gaps between the fixed blades. Due to the rotational speed of the impeller, a strong cavitation micro-explosion effect is generated on the back of each cutting blade, causing the surface cavitation bubbles to rapidly grow, expand, and collapse instantaneously. These micro-explosion cavitation bubbles produce massive ultra-micro jets during their rapid collapse, which generate ultrasonic cavitation phenomena as they are ejected. This cavitation ultrasonic segment releases a tremendous amount of energy, instantly cutting and bursting the micro-cellular molecular chains, tearing and stripping the dietary fiber proteins, and achieving other similar effects.
