Product Principle
The high-shear vertical emulsifying machine consists of a frame, a rotating stator, and a dispersal wheel. Driven by the motor, the small dispersal disk mounted in the middle of the tank rapidly starts working, dispersing and cutting the floating materials and part of the additives in the middle and upper sections, forming a pot flow that enhances the overall circulation of the liquid material, thereby achieving simultaneous dispersion, emulsification, and homogenization. At the same time, the bottom emulsifying head is also suctioning materials in both directions, drawing the material from both the middle and bottom into the crushing and grinding area. Initially, the inclined blades cut and disperse the material, followed by the grinding blades that crush and emulsify it. The material not only withstands intense mechanical movement and liquid shearing but also experiences compression, impact, tearing, and friction. Throughout the process, the material continuously circulates and rolls up and down. With the precise interaction of the rotating and fixed rotors and the dispersal disk, the material particles are quickly torn apart and ground to sub-micron fineness, achieving the goals of dispersion, emulsification, and homogenization.
Note: The supplier provides parameters related to material characteristics, or brings materials to the production base for on-site testing. The manufacturer selects the internal structure of the grinding disc based on the medium characteristics.
