A high-shear dye beating machine is a high-speed shearing, crushing, and grinding, as well as homogeneous conveying equipment. This type of machine typically operates at 4000 rpm with a lift of up to 40 meters. It can be adjusted in real-time based on the viscosity of the material and the gap between the rotating and fixed stators (adjustable distance 0-5mm). High-shear homogenizers are mainly used for the crushing, grinding, blending, and homogeneous processing of medium to high-viscosity materials, as well as for high-lift conveyance.

Product Principle
High-shear dye beating machine mechanism
The high-shear dye pulping machine operates on the principle that, under the high-speed drive of the motor, the material moves at high speed within the narrow space between multi-layer rotors and stators. A special structure causes the material to undergo tens of thousands of high-speed shearing actions per minute within the working chamber, creating a strong hydraulic shearing and turbulence while simultaneously generating a powerful centrifugal force. This allows the material to achieve the desired processing requirements of shearing homogeneity and fragmentation refinement through a coordinated combination of high-speed shearing, frictional compression, and crushing grinding. The higher the rotational speed of the rotors and stators within the working chamber, the greater the shearing force, and finer the teeth and grooves are preferred. The spacing between the rotors and stators can also be adjusted at any time according to the material's viscosity and homogeneity requirements (adjustable distance between rotors and stators: 0-5mm). The material is finely divided to approximately 1μm after being sheared, crushed, and ground at high speed. This multifunctional equipment integrates dispersion, homogenization, crushing, emulsification, mixing, dissolution, suspension, and conveyance, enhancing the quality and taste of your products.
Note: Users provide material characteristics parameters, or bring materials to the production base for on-site testing. The manufacturer selects the internal structure of the grinding disk based on the medium characteristics.
