The double-shear grinding emulsifying machine is mainly used for the dispersion and emulsification of various materials, with a fineness of about 0.5µm.

①The flow range in the table is for water operation parameters. When handling large volumes, please add a pump with matching capacity at the outlet.
② Pump outlet pressure ≤ 0.2 Mpa; it is recommended to install a section of flexible hose or a metal bellows to prevent the pump head from deforming under pressure.
③The motors listed are standard motors; explosion-proof motors are also available.
④ Adjust the motor power appropriately based on viscosity.
No hard materials are allowed in the working chamber; a filter should be added at the entrance if necessary.
⑥ Can be customized with thermal insulation cooling sleeves.
Product Features
(1) Features strong mixing, homogenization, dispersion, emulsification capabilities, and even greater crushing, grinding, and conveying functions.
(2) Therefore, all parts are precision-forged, with no castings.
(3) Motors are of standard, explosion-proof, and other types to ensure long-term use without quality issues.
(4) The equipment features a silent design with no vibration and noise, excellent dynamic balance, and easy installation.
(5) The rotating stator can undergo nitriding or tungsten carbide treatment to enhance surface hardness, achieving corrosion and wear resistance
(6) Features strong conveying capacity, head reach up to 20 meters; continuous or intermittent operation does not affect the equipment
(7) The gap can be adjusted with a fine adjustment range of 0.01 to 2mm, with a resolution as fine as 0.5μm.
(8) Utilizes mechanical water-cooled, high-temperature-resistant double-sided alloy sealing; no problem with no-load operation in case of leakage of sealing coolant.
Note: Users provide material characteristics parameters, or bring materials to the production base for on-site testing. The manufacturer selects the internal structure of the grinding disk based on the medium characteristics.
