Product Overview
High-shear three-stage emulsifying machine (also known as high-shear dispersion emulsifying machine or pipeline emulsifying machine) is primarily used for mixing and homogenizing materials, featuring strong versatility and wide application. It is generally used for initial and intermediate stages of material mixing, homogenization, and dispersion emulsification.

Product Principle
The high-shear three-stage emulsifying machine operates on the principle that, under the high-speed drive of the motor, the material is subjected to high-speed movement between the narrow spaces of multiple rotors and stators. A special structure facilitates this, causing the material to undergo hundreds of thousands to millions of high-speed shearing actions per minute within the working chamber. This generates intense hydrodynamic shearing and turbulence, leading to the material being dispersed, homogenized, emulsified, crushed, refined, and mixed under a coordinated combination of centrifugal force, compression, grinding, collision, and粉碎. The more layers of rotors and stators within the working chamber, the larger the shearing surface, which is preferable. The material can be refined to 0.5μm. This multifunctional unit integrates dispersion, homogenization, crushing, emulsification, mixing, dissolution, suspension, and conveying into one, enhancing the quality and taste of your product.

Note: The user provides parameters related to material characteristics, or brings the material to the production base for on-site testing. The manufacturer selects the internal structure of the grinding disk based on the medium characteristics.
