Product Principle
Under high-speed motor drive, various particle sizes in the material must withstand tens of thousands of high-speed shearing cuts by the conical sawtooth blades of the impeller as they pass through the channel into the rotor's fan-shaped cutting chamber. Under the centrifugal force of the conical sawtooth blades, the particles are flung outward into the space between the slanted triangular diamond-shaped teeth on the rotor and the stator, where they undergo centrifugal extrusion, high-speed cutting, and crushing grinding processes. As the material is crushed and refined, it gradually moves toward the crushing and grinding area. Due to the strong high-speed shearing effect and high-frequency oscillation caused by the superimposed crushing motion, the particles in the material are continuously sheared, crushed, and ground to achieve the particle size requirements specified by the customer, after which they exit through the pump outlet. The particle size of the material ground and refined by the crushing and grinding machine is generally between 0.1 to 1 mm.

Note: The user provides parameters related to material characteristics, or brings materials to the production base for on-site testing. The manufacturer selects the internal structure of the grinding disk based on the medium characteristics.
