Note: The flow range in the table is based on fine materials as parameters. When the solid content is ≥30% or the content of solid particles is high, please increase the model size or motor accordingly during selection. For a lift height over 20 meters or high viscosity, reduce the number of 90° elbows or change to 135° elbows. The pump inlet pressure should be ≤0.2 PMa.

Product Principle
The slag crushing and slurry machine is composed of a special rotating stator designed and manufactured with separate cutting, crushing, slurry, and conveying zones, etc., making it a multifunctional slag reprocessing slurry equipment that integrates crushing, grinding, and conveying. It is widely applicable for the crushing and slurry preparation of various residues such as filter cakes, filter residues, pharmaceutical residues, and slag. During the crushing process, the residues must be mixed with water or liquid before being pumped through pipes into the slag crushing and slurry machine. After entering the pump body, the large particles are first sheared, torn, and crushed by the cutting blades, then cut into smaller particles by the conveying impeller, which is propelled by centrifugal force into the crushing and grinding area. Once a certain fineness is reached, the refined slurry is then conveyed out of the pump by the impeller. The housing of the residue crushing and slurry machine is typically made of 304 stainless steel, the rotating stator is made of wear-resistant high-alloy forgings and heat-treated, and the flat shearing and crushing distance after the stator assembly is generally 0.3mm (adjustable distance between stators is 0.3-8mm), with a conveying head of up to 6-20 meters. All residues entering the slag crushing and slurry machine must be friable crystalline, lumps, clumps, sticky blocks, filter cakes, etc., solid-liquid materials. It is strictly prohibited for metal materials such as wire nuts, gravel bricks, etc., to enter the pump body. The solid particle content of the material should be ≤30%. For large-diameter residue crushing and slurry machines, the largest feed particle size is about 100mm, and the particle size of the output after crushing and slurry preparation is determined according to customer requirements.
Note: The user provides parameters related to material characteristics, or brings materials to the production base for on-site testing. The manufacturer selects the internal structure of the grinding disk based on the medium characteristics.
