A static mixer is a mixing device without motion, which achieves the purpose of good dispersion and mixing between fluids by using internal components of mixing units fixed inside a pipe, creating cutting, shearing, rotation, and re-mixing of two or more fluid streams.

Product Principle
SV Type Static Mixer Product Features
The SV type unit is a cylinder assembled from specified corrugated plates, featuring technical characteristics: dispersion degree of 1-2μm, and the coefficient of non-uniformity for liquid-liquid and gas-gas phases is σX≤1-5%. It is suitable for mixed emulsification of liquid-liquid, liquid-gas, and gas-gas systems, as well as reaction, absorption, extraction, and enhanced heat transfer processes. dh≤3.5 is applicable for clean media with viscosity ≤102 centipoise; dn≥5 for media that may contain a small amount of non-adhesive impurities.
SX Type Static Mixer Product Features
The unit is composed of many X-shaped units by intersecting horizontal strips in a certain pattern. Technical characteristics: Mixing non-uniformity degree is σX≤1~5%. Suitable for medium to high viscosity liquid-liquid reaction, mixing, absorption processes, or the mixing and reaction processes of high polymer fluids; it performs better when handling large volumes.
SK Type Static Mixer Product Features
The unit is composed of spirally coiled fins that are twisted left and right, and its technical performance includes: dispersion degree ≤10μm, and the coefficient of heterogeneity σX for liquid-liquid and liquid-solid phases ≤5%. It is suitable for mixing, reaction, extraction, absorption, injection molding, color matching, and heat transfer processes in the chemical, petrochemical, food, precision processing, plastic, environmental protection, synthetic fiber, and metallurgical industries. It is also applicable to high-viscosity media with smaller flow rates and containing impurities or viscosity ≤1,000,000 centipoise.
SH Type Static Mixer Product Features
The unit consists of dual channels, with spiral blades placed inside. Adjacent unit dual channels are offset by 90°, and there are fluid redistribution chambers between units. Technical specifications include: particle size distribution of 1-2μm, and liquid-liquid phase non-uniformity of σX ≤ 1-5%. It is suitable for mixing, emulsifying, coloring, injection spinning, and heat transfer processes in industries such as precision processing, plastics, synthetic fibers, and metallurgy. It is particularly suitable for clean media with low flow rate and high mixing requirements, having medium to high viscosity (≤106 centipoise).

Note: The user provides parameters related to material characteristics, or brings materials to the production base for on-site testing. The manufacturer selects the internal structure of the mill disc based on the medium characteristics.
