How toSolar Test FixturePerform maintenance:
1. After about a week of use, operators should clean the test probes on the solar test fixture to ensure their cleanliness. Detailed records should be kept, and isopropyl alcohol and a toothbrush should be used for cleaning. Pay special attention to the bottom of the test probes.
2. After approximately 3 months of use, the operator of the solar test fixture must hand it over to the design department for maintenance. This includes inspecting the test probes, test cylinders, and scanning related performance. Any不合格 parts should be replaced, and corresponding records should be kept.
3. After one year of use, the operator must hand over the solar test fixture to the design department for annual maintenance. A batch replacement of the test probes on the fixture is to ensure its performance.
