1. The automatic water injection test tank is used for withstand voltage tests of insulating boots, gloves, and hats.
2. The test tank can conduct the pressure test for 8 samples simultaneously.
3. Insulating boots can be tested wet or dry. For wet testing, the boots are submerged in water, and the internal electrodes are filled with water; for dry testing, the external electrodes are set with a water-soaked sponge, and the internal electrodes are filled with steel balls.
4. Insulating gloves are equipped with a specialized self-locking support mechanism, ensuring an upright position without the need for a hoist rope. The test bench features a glove height sensor and a water level sensor, automatically refilling to the standard规定的 water level.
5. Place the insulation hat testing auxiliary bracket at the back of the sink after insertion. Simply move it to the sample tray for testing during the test.
6. Each channel of the high-voltage measuring and controlling unit is equipped with a rapid high-voltage disconnection mechanism. In the event of breakdown in any channel, the test sample in that channel will automatically disconnect from the high voltage, without affecting the progress of the test.
7. The test bench high-voltage measurement and control unit employs an 8-channel AD converter to measure leakage current, which is transmitted via wireless communication technology to the main test bench control system for data display, processing, and storage.
8. The high-voltage measurement and control unit is powered by a lithium battery. During the water injection of the test sample, the high-voltage measurement and control unit automatically rises to the top, grounds itself, and connects to the charging electrode for automatic charging.
9. During the testing process, the test bench utilizes LED digital tubes to display parameters such as the leakage current of 8 test samples.
10. The testing bench is equipped with multiple detection functions, including water tank level detection, sample position detection, sample tray position detection, and sample height detection, ensuring smooth water injection.
11. The testing bench features over-pressure and over-current protection functions.
