Powder coated steel sheets replace paint with powder coatings, utilizing advanced international technology for a one-coat molding process. The production line is fully automated, featuring green and clean production. The equipment and coating materials all hold multiple national patents, completely revolutionizing the traditional production method of colored coated steel sheets. It overcomes the drawbacks of the original process, such as heavy paint pollution, unsafe operations, and high energy consumption. The raw materials for the powder coating are based on a variety of high-performance new materials, contain no solvents, have zero VOC, and offer energy-saving, safety, environmental protection, excellent adhesion, weather resistance, and corrosion resistance.
The production line is an automatic coil powder color coating line, featuring pretreatment, one-coat-one-bake, and cold lamination functions. The designed production speed is 120m/min, with the maximum coil width of 1250mm and thickness of 1.5mm. The standard coating thickness is 45μm/25μm, which can be adjusted to 120μm by modifying the powder and coating parameters. This can be achieved with just one spray and one curing process, significantly reducing operating costs.
