Performance Features:

1. High-Temperature Resistance: The specific combination of steel plate base material and coating structure forms an aluminum alloy, endowing the aluminum-coated plate with excellent high-temperature resistance. At 450°C, it maintains high reflectivity. Above 480°C, the coating appearance turns gray. At up to 650°C, the protective layer against steel plate oxidation remains intact without any peeling.

2. High Reflectivity: At 480 degrees Celsius, aluminum-coated panels can reflect 80% of incident heat. Therefore, they can be made into efficient thermal insulation barriers or heat reflectors for high-temperature applications, rapidly increasing the internal temperature of the furnace through effective heat reflection.

3. Mechanical Strength: At room temperature, the mechanical strength of the aluminum-coated sheet is consistent with that of its base material. At the same high temperature of 480℃, the strength of the aluminum-coated steel sheet is 10 times that of the aluminum sheet, allowing the steel sheet thickness to be reduced by at least 30%.

4. Corrosion Resistance: During the hot-dip galvanizing process, the molten aluminum immediately reacts with oxygen in the air to form an Al2O3 protective layer, which immediately passivates the steel plate surface. This protective layer is highly stable and water-insoluble, and even if the steel plate surface is scratched later, it has self-healing properties. Therefore, aluminum-coated steel plates exhibit strong resistance to chemical corrosion.

5. Eco-features: Anodized aluminum sheets without chemical钝ization are harmless to health, thus suitable for food processing. Many professional organizations' test reports confirm their non-toxicity and eco-friendliness, making the aluminum sheets fully recyclable.
