This control box is designed to pre-blow for the exhaust burner ignition, control the pneumatic actuator's in and out movement, and simultaneously automatically open the fuel valve upon ignition. If the ignition does not occur within the set time, the controller will automatically close the fuel valve and trigger an alarm. If ignition is successful, the fuel valve remains open. The system can also upload flame signals as on/off states to the upper computer for monitoring. The system is characterized by simplicity, reliability, and ease of use and maintenance.
