The dual-track sleeper replacement machine utilizes an excavator as its undercarriage, equipped with a steel guide wheel system and hydraulic system at both ends. It elevates the entire machine on railway tracks through hydraulic cylinders, and achieves railway movement and braking with hydraulic drive motors and hydraulic brakes mounted on the steel wheels. The front arm is fitted with specially designed shovels and clamps, making it easy to grip and replace sleepers, as well as to remove and refill ballast and stones beneath the steel rails.
The forearm can be equipped with equipment such as tamping machines, crushers, stone cleaner, and screening hoppers, enabling various operational functions on the railway.
Previously, the replacement of sleepers and filling with stones was done manually, a labor-intensive and time-consuming process with very low efficiency. Since the use of our company's dual-track sleeper replacement machine, efficiency has significantly increased, with each machine replacing the equivalent workload of over 50 people. This has saved a great deal of manpower and materials. With the promotion and widespread use of the dual-track sleeper replacement machine, it is bound to bring about a revolutionary change in the replacement of sleepers.
