Operating Principle:
Aluminum-plastic composite materials contain PVC, combined with a unique two to four-chamber structure and an aluminum alloy foil coating on both inner and outer layers for thermal insulation. The heating separation method utilizes this feature, but it also results in the generation of smoke and dust, which is undesirable; and some separation methods are even less environmentally friendly. The shredder grinds the aluminum-plastic materials to particles below 1.5mm in size. Due to the significant difference in softening points between the two materials, this mixed particle size is ideal for separation by a high-voltage separator. With the addition of a dust removal system, there is no dust and the purity of the separation is high. The advantage of this production line is that the separated aluminum particles and plastic granules can be directly sold in the market, which cannot be achieved by other methods.
