Outdoor Parking Material, Private Outdoor Parking Paving
Parking lot surfaces are typically made of regular concrete, silicon carbide, and epoxy materials for fast-installation heavy-duty flooring.
1. Standard Concrete
Parking lot flooring materials, often referred to as paving, traditionally consist mainly of plain concrete. This type of paving is commonly found in ground-level parking lots, typically using C25 grade ready-mixed concrete, which offers advantages such as simple and quick construction. However, it lacks in wear resistance and protective qualities, and the surface tends to produce dust and sand, requiring frequent cleaning. As a result, it is often seen in lower-end residential complexes.
2. Silicon carbide
Grit sand flooring material is a combination of normal concrete and wear-resistant aggregates. Simply adding wear-resistant aggregates during the pouring process of normal concrete flooring achieves enhanced wear resistance and hardness. Moreover, the flooring is generally flat and seamless. However, after prolonged use, it may still produce dust and sand, which is quite common in medium-range residential parking lots.
3. Epoxy materials
Epoxy flooring is widely used in newly constructed residential communities. It's a popular choice for underground parking garages. Epoxy floors offer excellent aesthetics, are dust-proof, hygienic, and environmentally friendly. They have good adhesion and are not prone to peeling. Additionally, they provide good sound absorption, reducing noise from vehicle traffic.
4. Quick Assembly Heavy Duty Flooring
ThisThe advantages of this product are its pre-assembled tiles that require no adhesive installation, offering low ground requirements. It can be directly laid on surfaces with oil, water, sand, or cracking, and does not require professional installation. Self-installation is sufficient. Once installed, it is ready for heavy traffic like forklifts, with no maintenance cycle needed, allowing for immediate use while being installed.
