Description

The DYT and DYTB series electro-hydraulic push rods are suitable for reciprocating linear (or reciprocating rotational) movements at a certain angle. They can be used in applications where lifting, lowering, or clamping of workpieces is required, as well as in remote and high-altitude hazardous areas. They can also be connected to computers for centralized (programmed) control. They are now widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, coal, electricity, machinery, grain, cement, chemicals, water conservancy, and transportation, serving as an indispensable general power source.

Principles and Functions:

1. Working Principle: The electro-hydraulic actuator is powered by an electric motor, which rotates in either direction. This causes hydraulic oil to be output at pressure through a bidirectional gear pump, integrated through the oil path block, and then delivered to the working cylinder, thereby realizing the reciprocating motion of the piston rod.

2. Overload Automatic Protection Function: During the operation of the electro-hydraulic push rod, if the external force on the piston rod exceeds the rated output force or the piston reaches the end position, and the motor continues to rotate, the oil pressure in the oil circuit will rise to the set pressure. The overflow valve will then quickly and accurately overflow, achieving automatic overload protection. Although the motor is still rotating, it will never be damaged.

3. Self-locking Function: The hydraulic push rod's oil circuit module is designed with a pressure self-locking mechanism. When the motor stops rotating, the piston rod immediately stays in a certain position, and the pressure oil remains in a pressure-holding state.

4. Speed can be infinitely adjusted within the designated speed range, as per customer requirements.

5. Force can be infinitely adjusted, within the designated output range, to meet user requirements.

6. Can be infinitely adjusted within the designated travel range according to customer requirements.

The working oil circuit circulates within a pressure-free enclosed steel cylinder, boasting a compact size, oil-tight design, and ease of installation and maintenance. It resists dust and water intrusion and internal corrosion in harsh environments, offering a longer service life than cylinders, electric push rods, and electric actuators.

7. Low investment. Pneumatic cylinders require expensive air compressor stations, with high risk of air leakage in the pressure pipes and unstable pressure, along with high noise levels; hydraulic cylinders need a hydraulic station, while electro-hydraulic actuators only require power connection to be operational.

8. Easy to repair. In special cases, the electro-hydraulic actuator only requires replacement, whereas the hydraulic cylinder needs to be carefully diagnosed for the cause of the fault first before undergoing meticulous repair, which can affect the normal operation of the entire work.
